I think what makes it parricularly angsty particularly when youre young, is that you dont always know who you are, or who you want to be, or how to get there.

Part 1. Pay attention to what you like. Notice whrn something makes you happy or excited or determined v anxious, unhappy, bored, antsy. Now do more of the things that you enjoy. This can include hard things you want to improve at, thags why I included determined. Mastery of skills isnt easy breezy kind of fun but it is very important positive feelings.

2. Who you want to ve and how to get there. Think about your values. Whats important to you. Do you act like thats whats important to you? What would that look like? Forget social norms a minute and picture it. Maybe it means standing up for people being bullied. Maybe it means standing up for yourself and being honest qbout what you like and owning it. Yeah I watch anime, can I introduce to some? Ok thats chill, your loss, im gonna keep doing me. Maybe it means looking after siblings while everyone else is hanging out, naybe it means making time for friends even though youre swamped with work. Who do you admire and what do you admire about them? What chpices do they make that gets them there? What do they do tbat you dont want to emulate? Pick and choose what works for you, dont try become exactly some other person. Mayne theyre super dedicated to exercise and train on weekends ans you wanna do that, but theyre also kinda rude and you dont wanna talk that way.

Tldr You get to build yourself, and listen to yourself, and thats pretty much how to be confident: like yourself so much that your self love is stronger than anyobe elses disapproval. Like yourself by doing things you enjiy and working towards living in line with your goals and values. Make decisions so that you'll be proud of yourself.

Take advice ofc and feedback, but always run it back through "does this feel right to me? Does it make sense to me? Do I want to be the type of person who does this?". Doesnt matter if its drugs or going for a run at 5am or signing up to a class or volunteering to pick up garbage or going on holiday overseas or hang gliding super high up. Do you want to be a person who does that? Does it seem like a good idea? Would you feel proud of yourself after?

so i have long covid syndrome right, and so does my sister. what the both of us actually have is (among some other things in my case) is chronic fatigue syndrome. because its not a very well understood illness, there is a lot of grifts and just unhelpful/harmful advice out there about it. even if you turn to people who actually have it and have had it for years, their tips will likely be completely useless.

people sometimes recover, and then they will say its because of X thing they did (if theyre a disability influencer its X thing they bought) but the reality is that nobody really knows why some people recover from cfs and some dont.

researching this stuff for yourself is hard, but these are some things i do, if it helps

- never buy anything and never believe anybody who is selling you anything. if you read a blog post, or watch a video by someone with cfs and they try to sell you a product or god forbid a training course, disregard everything theyve said

- check every source, ask for sources on unsourced claims. google scholar is your friend, inputting some variation of cfs/long covid and the keywords in the claim is bound to bring up something interesting. if nothing else youll learn something new. it sucks that you have to do this. but you gotta

- dont assume you have to do everything people say you do. there is a lot of legit advice out there, by people who have recovered or simply learned to live with cfs. it still wont necessarily work for you. the most important thing is to be patient with yourself

- get mobility aids. seriously a cane was a gamechanger for me and a wheelchair allowed my sister to go outside for the first time in a year. this is the one thing i 100% believe everybody should do, even if you dont have trouble with going places right now, you might in in the future. just remember its an option

- try to keep yourself entertained by doing new things sometimes. on my worst days i get stuck on my phone for hours and it just makes me upset and doesnt help. u may think there isnt a lot to do in bed but you can always try getting into formula 1 or something. just, some kimd of new stimulatiom for your brain to chew on. you could take a pair of pants you were gonna throw out and dismantle it completely. pull out the seams. unravel the fabric thread by thread. ive done this and it helped. yknow. something

I have, and I did like it, but I dunno if I vibe with it as much as other people seem to do. TBF I've never loved the live action Sonic movies, they're decent enough but definitely not my favorite piece of Sonic media. That being said, this was probably my favorite out of the movies so far? They have improved a lot since the first one which is great to see.

One thing I think the movie did great was the action scenes, the coreography and animation was so fun and impactful and incredibly exciting to see! I also think the movie did a good job on selling us on Shadow's and Maria's friendship in a short period of time, that little montage of the two of them just doing a bunch of silly goofy shenanigans was really endearing. The wholesome innonsence of it all makes Maria's death hurt way more.

EXTRA spoiler, but arguably one of the things that made me the most excited in ghe movie was the post credit scene where Amy showed up LMAOOOO I've been waiting for her to show up. Signing a contract to work in the Archives is really signing a pact with the Eye, so everyone there multiclasses in warlock, but only Jon really gains levels in it because of all the xp he gets by reading statements. Tim is a fighter, Sasha a 'real' wizard, Martin a bard who performs poetry instead of playing an instrument, says he studied at the College of Lore, but really he's self-taught and not even level 3 in bard.

Species though. i mostly drew Jon as a tiefling cause i wanted to give him horns but really, a tiefling would be preoccupied with whether or not he's turning into a monster. Sasha can just be human, and i think Tim is a half-elf, charismatic, easily fitting in with most crowds.

On the one hand i want Martin to be tall. but on the other. he just is a halfling. easily underestimated, typically caring, not very fast, not easily immobilized by fear, and, considering how little he gets hurt or wounded compared to tma's other characters, definitely a certain kind of lucky
